Asian Games™ Corp has a wide range of modern and sophisticated testing facilities to conduct professional, precise and accurate quality control. In order to achieve and maintain highest quality levels, we use the following equipments to meet customer’s requirements and guarantee that our products comply with all international safety standards.

Quality Control (QC)
Our extensive QC-department constantly minimizes risks associated with poor quality, loading, storage, transportation and non-compliance with regulatory requirements. It ensures that contractual obligations are met: specifications, packaging, marking and delivery. The goal is to identify problems long before products are shipped or distributed.

  Button Life Tester

  Simulates an entire lifetime of a gaming device in a matter of days. Millions of repeated actions have to be endured before game pads, steering wheels and joysticks get Green Light for mass production.

  Rubber life tester

  Rubber is tested in separate procedures to ensure uncompromising quality for thousands of hours of gameplay.

  Cable life tester

  Cables undergo twist-, swing- and weight tests.

  Steering wheel rotation life tester

  Axis rotation test for steering wheels.

  Joystick Life tester

  Life span test of a Joystick . All joysticks must pass the test before mass production is started.

RoHS Detector :To make sure all our materials are able to meet RoHS requirement. “Green Marketing” not only a policy but also our obligation to the earth.

We also support testing throughout the life of a product, including end-to-end product testing. Upon request we provide tools to enable our customers to manage testing on their own. We are more than happy to place equipment and our know-how at your disposal at any stage.
